Haley, a friend of mine from college, recently started blogging.  Cardigan Junkie is all about how many cardigans she hoards.  Just kidding!  She is a veteran thrifty shopper and has some great tips for fashionistas on a budget!

In her first post, she includes a link to a local news interview featuring her.  Wow I know someone famous!   I am so glad I watched that interview.  Haley talks about a website that I never heard of (probably because I have been living under a rock), Shop It To Me.  Y’all, really, this website is free, informative, and could not be easier.  You put your info in, check off the brands and sizes and types of clothing you would like to keep an eye out for (a separate form for womens, mens, girls, and boys) and set when you would like to receive emails.  They have daily and semi-weekly options.  To fill out all the information for my family of five, it took less than three minutes.

I just signed up today, but I am very excited about my first email!  I can go back and change any information as my kids grow (and I shrink *wink*), and I saw that there are over 600 brands to choose from in the womens’ section, ranging from designer (Paper Denim and Cloth) to not-so-designer (Old Navy, Gap).  A great selection!

Thank you, Haley, for introducing me to this site.  I’m sure I won’t know how I lived without it!
